Friday thoughts

This morning after the snowstorm, yeah a whole inch I was walking to work while city crews were cleaning up the streets.

I was impressed by how many city vehicles they actually had out on the streets.

But I noticed that many of the city trucks were driving around with their snow blades up and their salt spreader things closed.

This made me wonder — would the snow removal have gone quicker with the snow blades down and with them spreading salt for the morning commute? Well for those that have to drive that is.

That Pennsylvanian groundhog saw his shadow today, you know what that means? A early spring... I can start biking into work again!
