Blast from the past if ever so brief

So I get this email, its short and to the point. Anyone know what pink taco means? Go on take a guess, I bet you don't.

I live my life in a complex and confusing world. I have many different motives and drivers, and I am exposed to a huge amount of information, much of it conflicting.
