A true story

This is a true story copied from kdka's web site which purchased rights to it from the Associated Press. Made me think of doing it myself, any suggestion on what my title should be?

(AP) GREENSBURG A Westmoreland County bachelor is still in the market for a wife -- who also wants to buy his town house.Mark Miller, 47, began advertising his two-bedroom town house on the Internet site -- www.townhousewithgroom.com in the winter.Yesterday was the deadline for Miller to choose a spouse and town house buyer, but he extended the deadline.Miller says more than 110 women have expressed interest in dating him, but none wanted to also buy his town house. Miller says he won't sell to anyone but a prospective spouse and says he wants to keep looking -- for a buyer and a bride.Miller said he'll donate any money he raises -- after satisfying the mortgage -- to a charity he started that helps find children abducted in custody disputes.
