A true story, can you believe it?

(KDKA) MT. LEBANON ~ The top 25 list of girls at Mt. Lebanon High School is still the talk of the town. KDKA's Marty Griffin says the list has a lot of people angry.The list suggests that some girls are on drugs while it makes fun of other girls for their ethnicity or sexual promiscuity. One parent who did not want to be identified told Griffin, "It is raunchy, vulgar, obscene, degrading and defamatory. I know its criminal."The parent says he knows the person who wrote the list has committed the crimes of harassment and ethnic intimidation. He believes many of the girls on the list could successful prosecute a defamation action against the perpetrator or the school district. Police however do not believe there has been a crime committed. They believe the author of the list should apologize. The school board has sent a letter home to parents saying the list is deplorable. The board says it is taking this situation very seriously. ~ Whatever happen to the term "boys will be boys."
